How do I create an account?
Click on "Register" in the navigation menu. Choose whether you're a student or landlord and fill in your details. Students need a valid email, university name, and student ID.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. We'll send you a password reset link immediately.
How do I contact a landlord?
Open any property listing and click "Message Host". You must be logged in to send messages. Type your inquiry and hit send - the host will be notified.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
On the property details page, scroll down and click "Report this listing". Select the reason and add any details. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
How do I post a property as a landlord?
First, register as a landlord. Once your account is approved, log in to your dashboard and click "Post Property". Fill in your property details, upload photos, and publish.
