They introduce landlords, share available listings, arrange viewings, and support students through moving in. Assistants are not FindMyNyumba employees or estate agents - they operate independently while following the platform’s policies, and they earn only after a student is successfully placed.

What if I encounter a scam?

Use the "Report this listing" button on any property page. Our team will investigate immediately. Never send money before viewing a property in person.

Can I list a property as a student?

Yes! If you’d like to help students find accommodation, choose the “Accommodation Assistant” option when registering. This lets you upload verified listings, connect students with landlords, arrange viewings, and earn on successful placements.
